1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and shipping speed selected.
Occasionally, we may run promotions that include free or discounted shipping.

5. Order Issues & Damaged Items
